There’s no Safeway ad out today, same as last week. I wonder if they’re changing to a Sunday-to-Saturday sale week, since there is an ad in the upcoming Sunday, Jan. 4th paper (yes, I already have the ad and am working on it). There are TONS of SuperCoupons and good sale prices starting Sunday, so I’ll post those for you early Sunday morning so you finally do some good shopping at Safeway next week. Happy New Year’s Eve!

Ooooh! How do you get the ad so far in advance? I feel like a lucky girl getting the advance circulars on Saturday. I’d be over the moon to get them even earlier. ~ Jen

I just got my Vons ad (I’m in Las Vegas) and it looks like they are going Sunday-Saturday here. Can’t wait to see the match-ups! I always share your expertise with my readers. For the most part, it seems your Safeway and our Vons ads match-up (some weeks not so much, but for the most part).
