I did this deal this morning but didn’t get the Catalina coupon. I double checked with the cashier and she had no idea what I was talking about. Do you have the details of that deal posted somewhere? She said if I brought in the ad or whatever, they could try to work something out. Thanks! Even without that coupon, it’s a great deal and for once it’s cereals that I’m looking forward to eating!

Charlotte’s Momma–Sorry that happened to you! It’s really hard getting “official” Catalina promo info; mostly I see it on Slickdeals. The best thing to do is use your receipt and call Catalina at (888) 322-3814 and leave them a message to call you back (they’re quick about it). You read them some numbers off your receipt, and they’re able to look up the transaction and credit you the $$. Sometimes it’s something simple like the register you were at had the Catalina machine off or it was out of paper.

I bought 4 Post Raisin bran used 2-$1/2 & 1-Quaker & used $1 IP plus SFWY $1.50 DBL (here in Portland, OR) + a $1.50 coupon printed that Cashier pushed through to be nice, so my OOP: $1.4x & I received $4 Cat! If the cashier hadn't used the $1.50 printed coup then the OOP would have been: $2.9X + $4 Cat!

The CAT promo may be over already, and the $5 off 5 cereal is~ but I wanted to add to be sure to get the POST Raisin Bran to get the $4 catalina.
I didn’t get it my 2nd time, and only after calling Catalina CS and they told me what happened did I realize that both Kelloggs and Post make Raisin Bran. (How can they do that?)
