I based this week's meals on what was on sale in the weekly grocery ads (potatoes, turkey, etc.). I did break down and pay $2.49/lb for 93% lean ground beef so I could do a little cooking ahead and get some meals in the freezer for busy days and nights coming up. I'm going to use some for hamburgers this week, pre-cook some with onions for tacos and baked ziti in coming weeks, and make meatballs from the rest.
Sunday--BBQ with the neighbors; they made flank steak, we made mashed potatoes, green beans and cauliflower.
Monday--Boneless Pork Chops, baked potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower
Tuesday--Stir-Fry Veggies over brown rice
Wednesday--Hamburgers, Homemade Fries (I stir potato wedges with some olive oil and salt and pepper, then roast at 425 for 30 minutes or so), carrots
Thursday--I'm going to a Mom's Night Out for dinner, so I'm leaving them with a frozen pizza.
Friday--Spaghetti and Meatballs, asparagus
Saturday--Turkey Melts (with roasted red peppers and provolone), Unfried Fries, green beans

Your menu looks delish!!
I love the unfried fries - my mom used to make something similar when I was younger. You should check out springpad's weekly meal planner - it's a great way to organize your meals and recipes for each week and I think you'd really like it!
