
Last week was a series of barbecues and parties; we all ate too much and had way too much junk food. This week I'm focused on simple summer meals that keep the kitchen cool and let us stay out all day at the pool or having fun with friends:
Sunday--Turkey Parm & Penne (recipe to come later this week)
Monday--Spinach Pasta Salad
Tuesday--Lemon & Dill Crockpot Chicken, orzo salad (I put peas, herbs, lemon juice and olive oil in with the orzo and chill it)
Wednesday--Pineapple Pork (this recipe but I use pork--it's better that way!), rice, green beans.
Thursday--Chicken, Peppers and Potatoes, broccoli
Friday--Chicken Tacos from the Crockpot (just chicken in the crockpot with a can of diced tomatoes w/green chiles on top), fixings, black beans, rice
Saturday--Homemade Pizza, salad
