Safeway this week 7/29

NOTE: Safeway deals are also applicable to their partner stores: Dominicks, Genuardis, Vons, Pavilions, Tom Thumb, Randalls, and Carrs. However, I base my write-up on the ad I receive in the Mid-Atlantic. Your prices and coupons may differ in your region of the country.

Blueberries are .99/pint.

Large Mangos are .50 each, and you can print a coupon for .50 off 2 at Safeway.com, making them two for .50.

Tomatoes on the Vine are $1.49/lb.

Butcher’s Cut Lunchmeat is $2.99, and there is a printable coupon for $1.00 off at Safeway.com.

Edy’s Ice Cream $2.99

Eggo Waffles are $2.00.

Post Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal is $1.99, and there’s a Catalina promo running where you get a coupon for $2.00 off your next order when you buy 3; $3.00 off when you buy 4, and $5.00 off when you buy 5 or more. There’s a $2.00 printable for the pecan variety, which may not be part of the sale (someone let us know in the Comments below). Otherwise, use the $1.00/2 Post Cereal coupon from last week’s paper 7/26. If you buy 5 boxes and use two $1.00/2 coupons, you’ll pay .59/box after coupons and Cat.

Add E-coupons to your Safeway card three different ways at Shortcuts, Cellfire, and P&G eSaver. You can also print paper coupons at Safeway.com. I have used manufacturer’s coupons on products and still seen the e-coupon savings appear on the receipt.

  1. LaVonne says:

The Post cereal site has a $2 coupon for the newest kind with Pecans. Which would make the deal so SWEET!

  2. angie says:

The Honey bunches catalina didn't work for me. I wish there was to KNOW which catalinas were working. I was also supposed to get a catalina for the Nestle Life water in the same transaction and that didn't print either…so…I can't confirm or deny if the Honey bunches catalina is working.

  3. angie says:

Oh, and my Safeway didn't even have the pecans variety…but it would have made for a sweet sale:)

  4. The Alchemist says:

Thanks angie, I'm not going to risk trying the deal then if the cats don't print.
