I don’t try a lot of new recipes lately. I used to, but with three small ones in and out of the kitchen while I’m trying to cook, it’s very hard right now. Still, I ooh and aah over every issue of Cooking Light when it shows up in my mail each month. I love their recipes. They’re often homey and comforting, even while the fat and calories have been cut, and some go on to become our family favorites, like Nana’s Chicken Pastina Soup and Macaroni and Cheese Casserole. Just writing about this, I’m getting hungry….and now I want to take the time to try some new recipes!
