Buy $30 worth of participating products, get a $10 coupon for your next purchase.
The kicker is–and I tested it out last night–that the $30 comes from the shelf prices, not the sale prices. So although the weekly ad shows the Charmin TP on sale for $10, I was able to do this:
2 Charmin TP, shelf price $15.99, but I paid $20.00 with the sale price. Then I got the $10 Cat coupon at checkout. Take that same $10 back to the store, and buy 2 more Charmin, pay $10 out of pocket (because you use the Cat) and get another $10 coupon back. Repeat until you have enough TP to stock your closet or build a small fort.
