Don’t be afraid to cook at home. Focus on preparing simple meals. Some of my family’s favorite recipes are simple meals, like Pineapple Pork, which I serve with rice and a frozen veggie. Simple doesn’t have to mean boring. either. There are simple ways to dress up rice or potatoes, simple marinades for chicken, etc. that you can learn to fancy things up a bit.
