Last month, I shared how I earn FREE gift cards through MyPoints each year. While I was on vacation, two readers commented that they were having trouble figuring it out, so I wanted to follow up on their concerns and help anyone else who was having trouble. Here are a couple more things to know about using Bonus Mails to earn MyPoints:
1) Login to your MyPoints account, and click on “My Account” at the top. You’ll get to this page:
3) You’ll see “BonusMail” as one of the options. You DO want to receive this; these are the emails that let you click through and earn 5 points at a time without signing up for anything. I suggest you unsubscribe from everything else; BonusMail is the only box I have checked.
4) You’ll now receive two kinds of BonusMail from MyPoints. Most frequently, you’ll get emails like the one above, with a “Get Points” link (see above). They also send occasional offers that do not include anything to click (see below). I just delete those.
