One of the ways I save money on holiday gifts is by earning gift cards and other rewards. I’ve already shared how I use Swagbucks to earn Amazon GCs. Today I’m sharing Disney Movie Rewards:
It’s FREE to sign up at DMR, and you don’t have to make purchases to find codes to enter at the website. Some come in online newsletters and when they release promos for new movies, and those are shared in the blogosphere, so I’ll start posting them here at MoneywiseMoms. You will earn higher amounts by entering the codes you find inside the Disney DVDs you own.
There are prizes for every level of points, and they run specials every few months or so. Prizes include Disney character stickers, jewelry, apparel, posters, and DVDs. Shipping is FREE on all rewards. This Phineas & Ferb cap was 700 points, and I used it as a summer birthday gift for FREE. Last month, they ran a special, and I redeemed my points for a $20 Disney Store gift card, which I’m using for FREE Christmas gifts.
