This summer, the thing I find most challenging is staying cool, since I am currently six months pregnant!!
My most challenging thing is getting up and doing something. So tempting to just lay around the house and watch TV.
hard to stay cool this summer!!
Most challenging is finding activities for my kids that aren’t too expensive.
The most challenging thing is trying to keep my son away from the electronics when we’re inside the house.
The most challenging part of summer is getting into our “new groove” after school ends, then getting out of that groove once school starts!
I think finding time to relax can be challenging! With all the kids’ camps and activities, we’re always running!
The most challenging thing is dealing with the heat…and trying to minimize how much we run the AC.
Beat the heat and stay cool is the most challenging.
With 5 children, 4 school age, my biggest summer challenge is housework and loss of quiet time!
Going to work when I’d rather be outdoors with my son enjoying the beautiful weather
trying to keep cool in the heat!
trying to keep cool
staying on some sort of schedule- not rigid, but enough that kids aren’t completely bored!
Keeping the kids from getting bored! Otherwise, I love summer……
The thing that I find most challenging about the summer is staying in the moment and enjoying the hot days and cool nights and planning fun outdoor activities because most of my days are spent in an air conditioned office and I don’t want to miss out on summer!
With curly hair I hate dealing with the humidity!
Having to go to work when I just want to be outside with my kids!!
Since everyone is working this summer, I’m finding it hard to plan dinner so we can all sit down together.
The biggest challenge to summertime is the heat and humidity.

The biggest challenge is bedtime—since Little Bit claims he doesn’t have to go to bed since the sun is still shining!
I live in TX so the heat is a big obstacle because it is already in the 90′s by 8 AM. Thanks for the chance to enter.
Dealing with bedtime when the sun is still up!
The heat is challenging. We have reverse hibernation in the Arizona desert — we get to have our fun in the winter months when most folks are dealing with cold/snow/ice.
Finding outdoor things to do that are geared to babies. (Most events and things are geared at ages 3+)
My biggest summer challenge is juggling my work schedule and trying to get time to spend with the kids and keep them entertained. They have endless energy and I wind up getting tired from work and home responsibilities so summer is a very hectic (though fun) time.
I find that the most challenging part of summer is giving my kids individual attention, since they are both with me all day now.
It used to be finding stuff to do, but since we moved out to our farm, I havent heard my kids say they are bored once! Id say cooking/baking without heating the house up.
Most challenging part is staying cool! I’d rather be playing in snow!! Lol and trying to explain to my 3 year old that even though the sun is up it is still bedtime!!
Dinner time is most difficult. It requires lots of preplanning to go with swim team and pool time.
There are a few challenging things about summer -having the kids home more so it means having to buy more food, having to cook more often, having to find things to do, trying not to go broke finding things to do with the kids. There are a ton more, but too much to write. Lol!
The most challenging thing that summer brings is putting on sunscreen on two wiggly kids and myself.
Staying cool is the biggest challenge.
The most challenging part for me is running after my toddler making sure he doesn’t fall in the pool, the lake, or getting stung! marthalynn16 at gmail
the humidity! my hair hates the summer!
…Staying cool in this nightmarish heat. It was 105 degrees yesterday! The electric bill makes budgeting a challenge. Would love to win this giveaway to help!
I find it’s so challenging to just get some sleep! Too much going on between the kids, work, and attending parties and functions!!
staying cool! I live in an old home with window units, so it can get hot sometimes…
Keeping cool and looking pulled together on the run and at the pool/beach!
I am a teacher, and as much as I look forward to summer vacation I become bored within the first few days.

The hard part is staying cool and keeping my son busy while school is out.

My biggest challenge is staying cool.
The most challenging thing is keeping my three little ones occupied for these long months in the south Texas heat!
Being from the north where summer is the best time of year its hard for me to now live in the south! I cannot go outside and just enjoy a little sun because it is way too hot and the bugs oh the bugs!!!
My biggest summer challenge is keeping the kids entertained when they get bored!
I live in Florida, so the most challenging thing is the heat. It’s hard to keep my boys active when it’s too hot to go to the park.
Finding a time where my group of friends is available to get together. Everyone is always out of town!
Just trying to stay out of the heat as much as possible.
Keeping cool in the sizzling Miami heat!

I find it most challenging to get to bed on time when it stays light out for so long!
the most challenging thing isi trying to keep the peace with all the kids and keeping them busy – CHEAPLY
It’s hard to stay cool throughout the day, even at home because I don’t want to run the air too much.
Keeping three teenagers active and involved!
My greatest challenge for summer seems to be be wanting to relax and enjoy time with family…which turns into OVERSCHEDULING our time off! Not so relaxing when we’re running around all the time. :-/
It’s most challenging to be patient with one another as we spend more time together.
The heat. Summer is a great time to be outside, but I don’t want to overheat
What to do when it rains! We all get cabin fever!
The heat in Las vegas.
high humidity I hate it
keeping the kiddos active (physically and mentally) throughout the summer!!
The hardest thing about summertime is trying to convince the kids that it’s bedtime, even though it’s still bright out and the neighbors may still be out playing. I’ve about given up on going inside before 8:45.
My challenge is always making sure I have a balanced schedule. I work from home so it’s hard when the kids are around.
In the summertime, it is hard dealing with the humidity.
The most challenging thing about summer is actually focusing to work on the computer instead of going outside to play, shop or drive around and have fun!
Doing anything in the Texas heat
Finding some good and fun things for our family to do that we can all enjoy!
This summer is a special challenge for me because my husband got a new job that takes him out of town for 3-6 weeks at a time. He’s been gone 5 weeks already so I’m pretty much a single mom, which is new for all of us! momlovesdeals at gmail dot com
The most difficult thing in the summertime is dealing with the heat and humidity!
How to get my kids to do their homework. My oldest 2 are in high school, and have a decent amount of work to do over the summer. I also have to fight to get them off their computers for a few hours and outside. We even have a pool!

My biggest challenge is finding things to do while keeping cool. It is 106 today.
The hardest thing about summer is trying to keep my 2 boys off the electronics but getting good sleep is a close second. We’ve change our routines to later nights but they still wake up too early!
