Just saw this in an email from JCPenney (and another from a reader–thanks, Amanda!). JCPenney Salons are giving FREE haircuts to kids K-6th grade during August. I’m telling you now (mid-July) because you do need to make an appointment, so I’m planning to call Monday morning to make mine for August. Find your local JCPenney with a salon.
