Shop Smart with your Smartphone & #eBayMobile Twitter Party

When you’re out shopping, are you saving money with your smartphone in hand? It’s a great tool! Here are my Top 3 Ways to Shop Smart with a SmartPhone:

    1. Since I shop on a strict budget for groceries, clothing, and household items, I keep my lists on my phone! Use a free app like Cozi to keep track of multiple shopping lists. I even keep my yard sale shopping list on my phone so it’s always with me. This keeps me from impulse buying while I’m out & about.
    2. I shop at a lot of discount stores like TJMaxx, Ross, and Tuesday Morning–don’t you? When you find an item that’s marked down, do you know if it’s a good deal? Comparison shop with the free RedLaser app to see where the item’s on sale and for what price–just by scanning the item’s UPC symbol. It works with toys, books, clothing, and more. Sometimes you’ll find a better deal online, and you can order right from within the app using coupon codes. You can even store your store loyalty cards in RedLaser–no more carrying them around!
    3. If you shop on Ebay, you’ll love the free Ebay Mobile app that lets you stay on top of your auctions so you don’t miss out! Since I shop (and sell) on Ebay, staying connected is important to me. There’s a few Halloween costumes I’ve been watching, so now I can search and bid while at the doctor’s office, waiting for the kids at Tae Kwon Do, or anywhere.
